Warm, gooey baked brie topped with tart cranberry sauce, roasted pecans, honey and rosemary. A truly classic appetizer served up for the holidays.
I think we can all agree that great appetizers are a must for any and all holiday gatherings. The best appetizers are reliable, simple, yet taste and look amazing – just like this one I’m sharing with you today. What could possibly be better than a wheel of brie cheese topped with tart cranberry sauce, roasted pecans, and honey, then baked until the center is melted and gooey? That’s right, not much can beat that! The sweet and savory flavors are delicious and one-of-a-kind!
In the past, I’d always order baked brie at the restaurants, but now that I know how easy and effortless it is to whip it up, I’m all about making this appetizer at home. This way, I can pair it with wines we enjoy. This holiday-inspired baked brie pairs perfectly with a glass of Riondo Prosecco and totally deserves bragging rights. You’ll see why once you have a taste.
Riondo Prosecco is a highly accessible, fun alternative to traditional cocktails and wine, which makes it one of my favorites for serving at holiday gatherings. Riondo makes the holidays just a bit more bubbly!
While Riondo is perfect for special occasions, it can be enjoyed anytime whether you’re relaxing after a busy day of holiday shopping or at a casual gathering with friends. I also love its versatility and flavor since it can be served alone as a sparkling wine, or with complementary juices, spirits and garnishes for Riondo Prosecco Cocktails.
Riondo Prosecco along with this Cranberry Pecan Baked Brie will be on my Christmas and New Years menu. It is so good that you’ll want to share with everyone on different occasions all year long just so they can taste what the fuss is all about. Plus this only takes five minutes of prep work, so I hope it makes it to your holiday table this year!
