These Rosemary Honey Roasted Nuts are savory, sweet, and totally addicting thanks to the rosemary and cayenne pepper, with a touch of honey for sweetness.
It’s party season, and I’m all about delicious snacks! When you’re planning a cocktail party, it’s tempting to go all out with complicated appetizer recipes. But sometimes, it’s nice to keep things simple and stick to easy nibbles and finger foods for my get together. Nuts are one of my favorite nibbles when it comes to entertaining because they’re low maintenance.
I used a mix of pecans, almonds, and cashews in mine, but you can use whatever mix of nuts you prefer. These make wonderful gift too!
These Rosemary Honey Roasted Nuts are exactly the kind of recipe that’s perfect for entertaining. They take less than 15 minutes to make, yet they’re so tasty and something people just love to snack on.
Honestly, the hardest thing about these yummy Rosemary Honey Roasted Nuts is trying not to eat the whole batch.
Rosemary Honey Roasted Nuts make a great addition to your cheese platter – that sweet and savory flavor combination is just irresistible. The best part though? Pair them with your favorite wine!
Gloria Ferrer is a favorite of ours and for so many reasons. Gloria Ferrer is California’s most awarded sparkling wine house, and has received over 500 gold medals and 50 90+ ratings in the last 5 years.
Gloria Ferrer Sonoma Brut and Gloria Ferrer Blanc De Noirs work especially well here. The Sonoma Brut has been carefully crafted from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, with delicate pear and floral notes, making it an tremendously versatile sparkling wine.
I also love the Blanc de Noirs, which is predominantly made from hand-harvested Pinot Noir grapes and Vin Gris. The wine has a beautiful light rose color, with berry, floral notes and subtle vanilla highlights, combined with lively bubbles and a persistent finish. It’s a difference you can see and taste!
Time to make a batch of these roasted nuts, invite some friends over, and serve them with Gloria Ferrer sparkling wines.
