Here are some snack ideas that will make any pool party, summer picnic, or lazy afternoon more exciting!

Summer will be here before you know it and I must say… I’m pumped f bit.ly/32TJs3Dor the lazy days spent at the pool, doing some gardening work in the yard, and exploring the hiking trails around us. Bring on the fun days of summer!

But even with all that enthusiasm, summer can be hectic when we’re constantly on the go. Sometimes you just need a quick and easy snack to stay energized as we dash from playdates to the pool. Today I’m sharing a list of 7 quick and tasty snacks that both adults and kids would approve, so you can tackle those summer vacation munchies head on.

Pesto Turkey and Cheese Rollups

Spread homemade or storebought pesto on a whole wheat tortilla. Top with a slice of deli turkey and a slice of cheese. Roll up and cut into slices.

Caprese Kebabs

Thread cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil leaves onto a skewer and season with salt and pepper. These make great appetizers for summer dinners too!

Fruit Yogurt Popsicles

Use fruit yogurt or blended smoothies to create an endless variety of popsicles! My favorite berry yogurt popsicles require just 3 ingredients: 1½ cups fresh or frozen berries, 1 ripe banana, and 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, blended and poured into popsicle molds to make 6 delicious frozen snacks!

“Nice” Cream Sandwiches

Freeze peeled, sliced banana chunks, and then blend in a food processor or blender until it becomes the texture of ice cream. Place a scoop on a Chips Ahoy! cookie and press with another to make a sandwich, then freeze till firm. Decorate with some colored sprinkles if you’d like!

Berry Peach Smoothie

Combine ½ cup of frozen peach slices, ½ cup of frozen berries, and 1 cup almond milk in a blender and mix till smooth. This smoothie is thick and creamy without being too sweet. And you can even add a handful of baby spinach for a green kick!

Frozen Chocolate Dipped Bananas

Everything tastes better on a stick! Take a banana, cut it lengthwise and then halve it. Insert a popsicle stick, dip in melted chocolate and then freeze until firm. I like to top with some crushed OREO Cookies before the chocolate hardens for extra crunch.

Peanut Butter Hummus

Hummus is a great snack and is fairly easy to make. This version uses peanut butter instead of tahini which makes the hummus just as creamy! Simply combine a 15-ounce can drained chickpeas with 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 2 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoon olive oil, and salt and pepper in a food processor or blender, and mix until smooth.

Paired with RITZ Crackers and you’ve got a delicious snack in minutes!

The new variety of NABISCO Multipacks are perfect for my on-the-go needs! I picked up these Snacking Essentials Variety 30 Count and RITZ Portion Pack 18 Count via Walmart online grocery and love keeping them in my pantry for road trips, day hikes with kids, movie nights, and even these quick, fun recipes.

I hope you’ll give some of these fun and easy summer snack ideas a go. They’re sure to be a hit with both kids and adults alike!
