Instructions
In a large bowl, combine wings, Sriracha, ketchup, brown sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice until well blended.
Cover with plastic wrap and keep in the fridge for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
Preheat oven to 350F. Line baking sheets with foil.
Place the wings on the prepared baking sheets and bake for 25-30 minutes. Broil for 3-4 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy around the edges. Serve immediately.
Notes
*If you cannot find Thai or Vietnamese fish sauce, feel free to substitute with soy sauce (omit fish sauce in this recipe and use 2 tbsps on soy sauce instead)
