Almond Joy Superfood Smoothie
Thick, creamy chocolate smoothie flavored with almond and coconut, with a boost of protein from an unexpected ingredient!

- 1 cup light coconut milk
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese I used 0%
- 1 frozen banana sliced
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsps shredded coconut
- ΒΌ tsp almond extract
- 3 ice cubes
- Optional for garnish: Toasted coconut flakes almonds, cacao nibs
Add all of the ingredients (except for the garnish) into your blender, and blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
Add more milk or ice cube to achieve desire consistency. Top with toasted coconut flakes, almonds and cacao nibs if desired. Enjoy!
