Ingredients
1tbspunsalted butter
2green applespeeled, cored, and chopped
1tbspbrown sugar
ΒΌtspcinnamon
1/8tspnutmeg
2Quaker Real Medleys Yogurt Cups
1cupcold milk
Instructions
Melt butter in a saucepan or skillet over medium heat. Add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg, and cook, stirring often, until apples are softened and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
Meanwhile, stir cold milk into Quaker Real Medleys Yogurt Cups and set aside.
When the apples have cooled, spoon yogurt-oats mixture into a glass, followed by apples. Repeat layers until the glass is full.
