Make these easy Grilled Turkey Fajita Kebabs with seasoned turkey tenderloin chunks, colorful bell peppers and onions for an effortless weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
2tbspsolive oil
Juice of one lime
2tspschili powder
1tspground cumin
½tspgarlic powder
¼tspcayenne pepperoptional
Salt and pepperto taste
24ozJennie O turkey breast tenderloincut into ¾ inch pieces
3bell pepperscut into chunks
1red onioncut into chunks
Chopped cilantrofor garnish
Metal or bamboo skewers soaked in water
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Toss in turkey pieces and make sure they are well coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
When ready to cook, preheat the grill to medium high heat. Thread turkey onto skewers, alternating with peppers and onions.
Place the kebabs on the grill and cook until the turkey is opaque and the vegetables are crisp tender, about 4 to 6 minutes on each side. Remove and serve immediately.
