These Blueberry Muffin Energy Bites are the perfect grab and go snack. They're easy to make, absolutely delicious, and provide a burst of energy when you need it!

Ingredients
lcup old fashioned oats
2tbspsground flaxseed
1/2cupdried blueberries
1/4cupunsweetened coconut flakestoasted
2/3cupalmond butter
2tbspshoney or maple syrupor more to taste
1/4tspcinnamon
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Scoop out tablespoon size portions and roll into balls.
Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill for at least 30 minutes.
