Blueberry Muffin Energy Bites

These Blueberry Muffin Energy Bites are the perfect grab and go snack. They're easy to make, absolutely delicious, and provide a burst of energy when you need it!

Ingredients

  • l cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 tbsps ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes toasted
  • 2/3 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsps honey or maple syrup or more to taste
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Scoop out tablespoon size portions and roll into balls.
  • Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill for at least 30 minutes.
