If you can't decide between cereal or French toasts, then make these sweet Honey Crunch French Toast Sticks coated with cereal for added crunch!

Ingredients
3large eggs
1/4cupmilk
1tablespoonhoney
1/4tspcinnamon
3cupsHoney Bunches of Oats with Almondscrushed
4slicesFrench bread or Texas toastcut into 1 inch sticks
2tbspsunsalted butter
Maple syrup and confectioners' sugarfor serving
Instructions
Whisk together eggs, milk and honey in a shallow dish. Put the crushed cereal in another shallow dish.
Dip bread sticks in the egg mixture, one at a time, then let the excess egg mixture drip off and coat with cereal. Press gently to help the cereal adhere.
Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook French toast sticks until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. Serve warm.
