Ingredients
2large eggsroom temperature
1/2cupunsalted buttermelted
1/2tspvanilla
1tbsphoney
1tsplemon juice
1/2cupall-purpose flour
3tbspsalmond flour
1/4cupsugar
1/2tspbaking powder
1/4tspsalt
ltsp dried edible lavendercrushed
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, vanilla, honey, and lemon juice.
In a large bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, almond flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and lavender. Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until well incorporated. Cover and refrigerate batter for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease and flour madeleine pans. Pour batter into each madeleine mold until about 3/4 full and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden around the edges.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Allow to cool completely before serving.
