Wake up to this delicious Cranberry Orange French Toast Bake, a festive overnight breakfast casserole perfect for holiday morning!

Ingredients
1loaf French breadcut into slices or cubes
6large eggs
2cupsmilk
½cuporange juice
½cupbrown sugar
½tspvanilla
1tspcinnamon
½tsporange zest
½cupfresh cranberries
1cupcranberry sauce
Powdered sugar or maple syrupfor serving
Instructions
Spray a 9”x13” casserole dish with cooking spray and arrange bread in an even layer in the dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, orange juice, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and orange zest. Pour egg mixture evenly over top of the bread.
Let the bread soak for at least 10 minutes or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. When you’re ready to bake, fold in fresh cranberries and dollop cranberry sauce over the top.
Preheat oven to 350F and bake (covered with foil) for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for another 20 to 30 minutes until set in the center and the top is golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup if desired.
