Rosemary Honey Roasted Nuts

These Rosemary Honey Roasted Nuts are savory, sweet, and totally addicting thanks to the rosemary and cayenne pepper, with a touch of honey for sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 2 tbsps honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsps fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp sea salt more if needed
  • 5 cups mixed raw nuts e.g., pecans, almonds, cashews, walnuts

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together oil, honey, cayenne pepper, rosemary, and sea salt. Add nuts and mix until nuts are evenly coated.
  • Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to avoid burning.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
