2tbspsolive oil
2tbspshoney
1tbspbrown sugar
1/4tspcayenne pepper
2tbspsfresh rosemarychopped
1 1/2tspsea saltmore if needed
5cupsmixed raw nutse.g., pecans, almonds, cashews, walnuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together oil, honey, cayenne pepper, rosemary, and sea salt. Add nuts and mix until nuts are evenly coated.
Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to avoid burning.
