Cranberry Pecan Baked Brie

Warm, gooey baked brie topped with tart cranberry sauce, roasted pecans, honey and rosemary. A truly classic appetizer for any cheese lover!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz round brie cheese at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup roasted pecans chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Fresh sprigs of rosemary for garnish
  • Assorted crackers for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Place brie in a small oven-safe dish.
  • Mix the cranberry sauce, orange zest, and nutmeg. Spread cranberry mixture on the brie wheel and sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  • Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until the topping is bubbling and the cheese is gooey. Drizzle with honey and serve warm.
