Cranberry Pecan Baked Brie
Warm, gooey baked brie topped with tart cranberry sauce, roasted pecans, honey and rosemary. A truly classic appetizer for any cheese lover!

- 8 oz round brie cheese at room temperature
- 1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup roasted pecans chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- Fresh sprigs of rosemary for garnish
- Assorted crackers for serving
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place brie in a small oven-safe dish.
Mix the cranberry sauce, orange zest, and nutmeg. Spread cranberry mixture on the brie wheel and sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until the topping is bubbling and the cheese is gooey. Drizzle with honey and serve warm.
