Chocolate Dipped Fudge Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Snack Pack Pudding Cups
  • 1/2 cups chocolate chips melted
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or colored sprinkles
  • Popsicle molds and popsicle sticks

Instructions

  • Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Fold in chocolate pudding until well blended.
  • Pour mixture into popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks. Put them in the freezer and freeze for 4 to 6 hours until frozen solid.
  • Remove popsicles from the mold, and dip in melted chocolate. Sprinkle nuts or colored sprinkles on top and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Quickly place popsicles back in the freezer until the chocolate coating hardens.
