Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Fold in chocolate pudding until well blended.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks. Put them in the freezer and freeze for 4 to 6 hours until frozen solid.
Remove popsicles from the mold, and dip in melted chocolate. Sprinkle nuts or colored sprinkles on top and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Quickly place popsicles back in the freezer until the chocolate coating hardens.
