I talk a lot about food here – and you probably love food as much as I do! Maintaining good digestive health is important for digesting all those delicious foods we eat. I didn’t always have good digestive health though. I decided to make a couple of simple changes to support my digestive health.

In today’s post, I’m sharing five things I do on a daily basis to help my digestive system.

1. Drink enough fluids
Staying hydrated is essential for a healthy digestive system. Drink enough water to aid with aid with digestion and avoid dehydration, which can cause constipation. I keep a big water bottle at work and try to refill it throughout the day, so I end up drinking about eight cups of water every day.

2. Eat foods high in fiber

We all know fiber is an important part of our daily diet, but sometimes it’s hard to get all the fiber you need from food.
