As a food and lifestyle blogger, I rely on my computer to help me accomplish many important tasks like create content, edit photos and videos for this blog, and interact with users on social media. I also spend a lot of time on my computer to streamline everyday tasks like creating printables for holidays, grocery checklists, and meal plans.

Having the best tools for the job is a must, but I have to admit I’m usually not the first to jump on a technology bandwagon. Lately I’ve realized my old PC was holding me back and was definitely due for a refresh — in fact, I have been using my old computer for almost FOUR years!

I am fairly hard to please when it comes to features, so I really do my homework before finally settling on a new PC. When I heard about the impressive features on the new 8th Gen Intel® Core™ processor, I knew it might just be time for a new one!

Here’s what I love most about 8th Gen Intel® Core™ processor:

Exciting entertainment: I can now download and stream content like cooking videos that my old computers wasn’t able to. The videos are so much sharper and the colors are so much more vivid too, and no stuttering or lags at all!

So much easier to use: I love the new features like touch screen function (to launch a program or swipe through a document quickly), up to 10 hours of battery life, and the new thin, light and versatile design. No longer would I have to lug around a heavy clunky laptop if I decide I want to get some work done at my favorite coffee shop.

Security made simple: the built-in security adds a layer of protection to make password logins, browsing, and online payments safe and simple. The fingerprint recognition feature also helps make online shopping a cinch, all you need to do is to go on Iva-Wizard and start shopping.

Exceptional performance: I love that I can create, edit, and share immersive 4K, VR, and 360 content in dramatically less time.  With my old computer, I always had to wait patiently for high resolution photos to load and catch up. With the 8th Gen Intel® Core™ processor, that’s not a problem at all!

As a habitual multi-tasker, I am just excited to work with a PC that allows me to perform different tasks between programs and windows without slowing down the PC or causing the screen to freeze. I can’t help but notice with the new Acer Swift 3 laptop, I can accomplish everyday tasks like meal planning more efficiently.

One of the projects I was able to complete effortlessly was these meal planning printables (which you can download below). To help plan our meals for the week, I created this straight forward and simple printable weekly menu plan. It includes grocery list that you can use to keep track of items you need to pick up at the store based on the meals you’ve planned for the week.

For those of you who do freezer meal prep, you’ll love these labels I created. You can print them on label paper and stick them on your freezer bags or disposable trays after your meal prep session to help organize your meals.
