These sweet and savory cracker stacks are a delicious combination of chocolate and peanut butter, and are super easy to make too!
All the chocolate and peanut butter lovers out there, this recipe is for you! Don’t you just love no-bake recipes? These cracker stacks are tasty treats that you can put together very easily and not to mention they’re dangerously good. I brought a batch of these to the office for my coworkers to try them, and those who tried them absolutely loved them. The sweet and savory flavors just go so well together.
To make these cracker stacks, all you do is take two RITZ crackers, sandwich a spoonful of peanut butter between them, and then dip in melted chocolate. If you want you can decorate the top with sprinkles or a white chocolate drizzle.
Because they require so little effort with just three ingredients, they’re perfect as last minute dessert, edible gift, and kid-friendly snack. I’ve been enjoying them as an afternoon snack with a glass of tea, and I’m sure kids and adults alike will love them!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cracker Stacks
Ingredients
- 40 RITZ crackers
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate melted
Instructions
- Spread half of the crackers with a layer of peanut butter and top with the remaining crackers to make cracker stacks. Place stacks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Using a fork, dip each cracker stack in melted chocolate and place on the parchment lined baking sheet. Let the stacks set until the chocolate is set.
