Boil water in a large pot. Add lemons, onions, garlic, bay leaves, and Old Bay seasoning. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Add corn, potatoes, and sausage, cook for 10 minutes.
Add seafood and cook for 5-8 minutes until done.
Drain, transfer to a large baking sheet, a large bowl, or bag, and toss with Cajun garlic butter sauce.
Serve hot with extra sauce, fresh lemon wedges, a little bit of hot sauce. Enjoy!
