Lemon Parmesan Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 lb asparagus trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • ¼ tsp salt or to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Arrange asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and melted butter, and sprinkle with salt and pepper; toss gently.
  • Roast for 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender.
  • Sprinkle with lemon juice and Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.
