Ingredients
1cupfresh cilantro
1cupfresh parsley
1shallotdiced
2garlic clovesminced
1tspdried oregano
¼tspred pepper flakesoptional
2tbspsred wine vinegar
1tbsplime juice
½cupolive oil
Salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Add cilantro, parsley, shallots, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, red wine vinegar, and lime juice to a food processor.
Pulse until the ingredients are coarsely chopped, then slowly drizzle in olive oil and blend until just combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
