Ingredients
3tbspsolive oil
2tbspsapple cider vinegar
1tbsppure maple syrup
1tspDijon mustard
Salt and pepperto taste
5-ozmixed salad greens
2Granny Smith applessliced
½cuppomegranate seeds
½cuptoasted pecan halves
4ozgoat cheesecrumbled
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, maple syrup, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange salad greens, apples, pomegranate seeds, and toasted pecans on a platter, drizzle with dressing and toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with goat cheese over the salad and serve immediately.
