Greek pita burgers with creamy, cool, and refreshing cucumber yogurt sauce makes for a delicious lightened up meal!

Ingredients
For the tzatziki sauce:
1small seedless cucumbershredded
1cupplain Greek yogurt
1tbspfresh dillchopped
2tspslemon juice
1garlic cloveminced
Salt and pepperto taste
For the burgers:
4Trident Seafoods® Wild Alaskan Pollock Burgers
4 8-inchpita breads
1small cucumbersliced
2medium tomatoessliced
1/3cupcrumbled feta cheese
Instructions
To make the tzatziki sauce, place shredded cucumber in clean dish towel or cheesecloth and squeeze to remove any excess liquid.
Combine with remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
To make the burgers, prepare the burgers according to package directions.
Assemble by placing cucumber slices, tomatoes, and cooked burger on pita bread topped with tzatziki sauce and crumbled feta cheese. Fold over and serve immediately.
Notes
*Reserve cucumber juice and add to tzatziki mixture as needed if you prefer a thinner consistency.
