Ingredients
1 5ozcan Bumble Bee® Solid White Albacore Tunadrained
¼cupsun dried tomatoeschopped
2tbspsGreek yogurt
1tbspstorebought or homemade basil pesto
1tspfresh lemon juice
Salt and pepperto taste
4sliceswhole wheat breadtoasted
2slicesprovolone cheese
Instructions
Preheat broiler. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, sun dried tomatoes, Greek yogurt, basil pesto, and lemon juice and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Divide tuna mixture among bread slices and top each with a slice of provolone. Place on baking sheet and broil until cheese is melted and bubbly.
