Brie, Cranberry and Walnut Pinwheels

This easy appetizer is perfect for potlucks and game day get together, with creamy melted brie, crunchy walnuts and tart cranberries all rolled up in crispy puff pastry.

Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry sheet thawed
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 oz brie cheese diced
  • 1/2 cup California walnuts chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven at 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine Dijon mustard and honey in a small bowl. Unfold puff pastry sheet on lightly floured surface and brush with honey mustard.
  • Top with cheese, walnuts and cranberries and roll up starting at the short side like a jelly roll. Cut into 16 slices and lay slices flat on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
