Coconut Chai Tea
Crush it this Fall with comforting Coconut Chai Tea infused with warming spices!

- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 whole cloves
- 2 star anise
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1- inch piece fresh ginger peeled and sliced
- 2 black tea bags
- 2 cups hot water
- Warm coconut milk to taste
- Honey to taste
Place spices, ginger, and tea bags in a teapot or individual cups. Pour in hot water and allow to steep for 5 minutes.
Remove the tea bags and strain the tea through a fine mesh strainer if desired.
Add warm coconut milk and sweetened with honey to taste.
