10-Minute Spiced Cranberry Sauce

This Spiced Cranberry Sauce bursting with warm spices is the perfect addition for your Thanksgiving meal, and the best part is that it only takes 10 minutes to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz package of fresh cranberries
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg or to taste

Instructions

  • In a large saucepan, combine cranberries, brown sugar, orange juice. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce reaches desired consistency. Remove cinnamon bark and allow it to cool to room temperature. Serve at room temperature or chilled.

*Cranberry sauce can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
