Ingredients
For lime crema:
1/3cupsour cream
2tbspsmayonnaise
Juice and zest of one lime
Saltto taste
For cabbage slaw:
3tbspscider vinegar
2tspssugar
1tspsalt
1clovegarlicminced,
3cupsred or green cabbageshredded
1/4cupcilantrochopped
2green onionssliced
For fish tacos:
2 8.5ozboxes of Gorton's Flavor Fusions Cod Fillets
10-12warmed corn tortillasfor serving
Avocado slicesfor serving
Instructions
To make lime crema, whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl and season to taste with salt. Set aside.
To make cabbage slaw, whisk together cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and garlic in a large bowl. Add cabbage, cilantro, and green onions, and toss all ingredients. Set aside.
Cook cod fillets according to package instructions, seasoning with Classic Fajita and Kickin' Hot Garlic Lime seasoning as desired.
Serve cooked fish in warmed tortillas with cabbage slaw, avocado, and crema.
