1 1/4cupsall-purpose flour
1/2tspbaking powder
1/2tspbaking soda
1/4tspsalt
lcup brown sugarpacked
1/2cupunsalted buttermelted
1/4cupInternational Delight® REESE'S Peanut Butter Cup
llarge egg
1tspvanilla extract
10chocolate peanut butter cupscut into 8 pieces
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
In a large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, butter, creamer, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Add the flour mixture and mix until just combined (do not overmix). Fold in chocolate peanut butter cups. Spread the batter in the prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool completely. Cut into 16 pieces and serve.
