Baked Chocolate Coconut French Toast
This Baked Chocolate Coconut French Toast combining toasted coconut, almonds and chocolate is the perfect make-ahead breakfast for Halloween morning!

- 1 package King's Hawaiian Original Dinner Rolls cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup almonds chopped
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Coat a 9x9 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Place bread cubes into the bottom of the prepared pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, coconut flakes and almonds.
Whisk eggs, milk, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt in a large bowl and pour mixture over bread, pressing down lightly with your hands to soak it all up.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the casserole is cooked through. Serve warm.
