Ingredients
1lbcooked shrimppeeled, deveined, and diced
8ozcooked squiddiced
2medium roma tomatoesseeded and diced
1small red onionfinely chopped
2jalapeno peppersseeded and diced
ΒΌcupfresh lime juice
Salt and pepperto taste
1/4cupchopped cilantro
Tortilla chipsfor serving
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine shrimp, squid, tomatoes, onions, peppers, and lime juice.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
Stir in cilantro just before serving. Serve cold with tortilla chips.
