Ingredients
15sheets Honey Maid Graham Crackers
1cuppacked brown sugar
1cupbutter
1cupsemisweet chocolate chips
1cupchopped almonds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Line a 11 x 15-inch baking sheet with parchment paper (or coat well with cooking spray). Arrange graham crackers in a single layer, breaking into smaller pieces if necessary, so that they fit.
In medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add brown sugar and stir to combine. Continue cooking until the mixture reaches a boil, stirring constantly. Let the mixture boil for about 2 minutes, then remove from heat and pour over graham crackers. Bake for 6 minutes or until the butter mixture is bubbly.
Remove baking sheet and immediately sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly on top of the graham crackers. Let sit for a few minutes until the chocolate is melted, then use a spatula to spread the chocolate in an even layer. Sprinkle almonds on top of the melted chocolate.
Let sit at room temperature for about an hour, then cut and serve.
