Apple Pomegranate Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 apple peeled, cored, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Splash of skim soy, or almond milk
  • 4-6 ice cubes
  • Honey or agave syrup to taste (optional)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until the desired consistency is reached. Pour into two glasses. Serve immediately.
