Ingredients
2cupsall-purpose flour
1tbspbaking powder
1/2tspsalt
1tbspsugar
2cupsbuttermilk
2large eggsroom temperature
1/2cupunsalted buttermelted
1tspvanilla extract
2cupsfresh blueberries
Instructions
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
Whisk together the buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract in another bowl, and stir into the dry ingredients until well combined. Gently fold in blueberries.
Coat the waffle iron with nonstick spray. Pour about 1/2 cup of the waffle batter into the waffle iron (more or less depending on the size of your waffle iron) and cook until the waffles are golden brown and crisp.
