This Homemade Arby's Red Ranch Sauce Copycat Recipe is perfect for roast beef sandwiches, burgers, and dipping curly fries! It's tangy, sweet, and totally irresistible.
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a small saucepan, mix together the ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Stir well to combine.
Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently for about 10 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and the flavors to meld together. Alternatively, you can microwave the mixture in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat it for 1 minute at a time, stirring in between, until it’s fully heated and the flavors have blended (around 3 minutes total).
Once the sauce has cooled slightly, taste it and add salt and pepper to your liking. Adjust seasoning as needed.
Let the sauce cool for about 1 minute. For the best flavor, refrigerate it for a few hours or overnight. The sauce will intensify and improve after sitting.
