Copycat Cheddar’s Painkiller Cocktail Recipe
Bring summer vibes home with this indulgent copycat Painkiller cocktail that tastes like a tropical paradise in every sip.
- 2 oz dark rum
- 2 oz white rum
- 2 oz supersized 2‑ounce shot of Pusser’s rum
- 2½ oz piña colada mix or cream of coconut + simple syrup
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 1½ oz orange juice
- Splash of lime juice
- Dash of freshly grated nutmeg
- Pineapple for garnish
In a cocktail shaker, combine rums, piña colada mix (or coconut cream + simple syrup), pineapple juice, orange juice, and lime juice. Add ice cubes, vigorous shake for about 10 seconds to chill.
Fill the rimmed glass with fresh ice. Strain the cocktail into it. Add a dash of nutmeg on the top of the drink.
Garnish with pineapple (rind side up to prevent juice excess drip) for that tropical vibe. Enjoy!
