Copycat Cheddar’s Painkiller Cocktail Recipe

Bring summer vibes home with this indulgent copycat Painkiller cocktail that tastes like a tropical paradise in every sip.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz dark rum
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 2 oz supersized 2‑ounce shot of Pusser’s rum
  • oz piña colada mix or cream of coconut + simple syrup
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • oz orange juice
  • Splash of lime juice
  • Dash of freshly grated nutmeg
  • Pineapple for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine rums, piña colada mix (or coconut cream + simple syrup), pineapple juice, orange juice, and lime juice. Add ice cubes, vigorous shake for about 10 seconds to chill.
  • Fill the rimmed glass with fresh ice. Strain the cocktail into it. Add a dash of nutmeg on the top of the drink.
  • Garnish with pineapple (rind side up to prevent juice excess drip) for that tropical vibe. Enjoy!
