I am a huge fan of the light, refreshing veggie burger combination, so I have created a veggie burger guide to help you create your ultimate burger.

These burger options are loaded with fresh ingredients and tons of flavor – they are great for Meatless Monday or your next cookout!

With so many non-meat burger options now readily available, boring veggie burgers are now things of the past.  Today I’m looking at BUBBA Veggie Burger which hit the shelves in March.  The burgers are made with black beans and veggies providing plant-based protein instead of highly processed soy protein.

In addition to the convenience factor (you don’t need to thaw them before grilling), the nutritional facts are looking pretty good:

  • No GMO’s
  • All natural
  • Excellent source of vitamin A & C
  • Gluten-free and vegan friendly
  • Low fat (just 2.5 grams of fat per serving)
  • Cholesterol-free
  • No saturated fat
  • Multigrain and good source of dietary fiber
