The holidays are just around the corner, my friends! For me, this is the time of the year I put on my thinking cap and try to find one-of-a-kind yet meaningful holiday gifts for my friends and family. Thanks to our digital world, I can discover unique products from small merchants and shop right from the comfort of my home.
There are many foodies I know, so this year I’ve rounded up some unique gift ideas for these food loving people in my life. Here are the ones I have picked out:
Bee Raw Honey – New York Basswood Raw Honey and Colorado Star Thistle Raw Honey are rare single varietal honey I know I would be excited to try. You can even put together a couple of honey, cheeses and crackers for a great gift basket.
Personalized Silicone Spatula – These spatulas from The Smart Baker are the perfect tools for those who love to cook as well as those new to cooking. My sister really enjoys cooking so I ordered this customized spatula for her. I love how in addition to the text, you get to select the color of the spatula, font, and graphic.
Hand Crafted Soaps – Products from Wild Mountain Soap Company come in all sorts of delicious smells like Blackberry and Sage and Lavender and Oatmeal for the hand soap and Toasty Marshmallow for the shampoo bar.
Snake River Farms Gift Card – I know I would be excited to receive an e-gift card from Snake River Farms, which is a family owned and operated business dedicated to producing the highest quality beef and pork in the U.S. You can find high quality products like American Wagyu beef, kurobuta pork, and Northwest beef cuts.
All of these gifts were purchased online with the help of PayPal which really simplified shopping experience for me. It’s easy, convenient, and secure, and the best part is you don’t need to deal with the long lines and chaos at the shopping mall!
Once you are ready to checkout, you’re simply directed to the PayPal login page where you can select a method of payment linked to your account and then you’re redirected back to the merchant’s page to finish the process. Easy peasy!
